A visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing sector, the founder established TEC in 2017 with a mission to deliver world-class engineering solutions to India's rapidly evolving automotive ecosystem. Under this leadership, TEC has grown from a boutique consultancy to a 240+ strong organisation with a pan-India presence.

Overseeing day-to-day operations across all three manufacturing plants, the COO brings deep expertise in lean manufacturing, supply chain optimisation, and operational excellence. With a background spanning Tier-1 automotive suppliers and OEM partners, this leader ensures TEC's commitments to quality and on-time delivery are met consistently.
VP – Engineering
Vice President, Engineering
Leading a team of 80+ engineers, the VP of Engineering is the technical backbone of TEC's product innovation. A graduate of IIT Madras with post-graduate specialisation in automotive systems, this leader has been instrumental in developing TEC's proprietary tooling solutions and securing multiple design patents for the organisation.

Vice President, Quality & Compliance
The custodian of TEC's six ISO and IATF certifications, the VP of Quality has built a zero-compromise culture across all facilities. With over 20 years of quality management experience in the automotive supply chain, this leader drives continuous improvement initiatives that have helped TEC achieve a customer satisfaction score of 98.4%.
Head – Sales & Business Development
Head of Sales & Business Development
Responsible for TEC's revenue growth strategy, this leader manages relationships with key OEM and Tier-1 customers across India and international markets. Having joined TEC in its early years, this individual has been pivotal in expanding TEC's customer base from 5 to 50+ active accounts.
Head – Human Resources
Head of Human Resources
Championing TEC's people-first culture, the HR head oversees talent acquisition, learning & development, and employee engagement across all locations. Under this leadership, TEC has been recognised as one of the preferred employers in the automotive engineering space in South India.
