Launched our state-of-the-art in-house tooling center — delivering precision dies, fixtures, and automation for hot stamping and cold stamping processes.
Scaled into full-scale automotive component manufacturing — sunroof guide rail profiles, BIW sheet metal parts, seat frames, and wire-formed components at production volumes.
Commissioned large-press stamping lines (up to 1200 T tandem HPS) at our SIPCOT facility, enabling high-strength steel panels and complex structural assemblies for leading OEMs.
Inaugurated dedicated hot stamping operations in Pune with 1000 T press, robotic pick-and-place, and full furnace infrastructure — expanding our footprint to Chennai, Pune, and NCR.
